If you're new to running or returning to running after a break, and you want to learn how to run correctly from the very first step, Running Basics is for you! This six-week class covers head-to-toe running form, injury prevention, running-specific strength, proper shoes and apparel, hydration and fueling, the mental aspects of running and much more.

This six-week course costs just $75 and includes:

  • FREE Biomechanical Evaluation and Shoe Fitting with a Physical Therapist (a total value of $50)
  • Individualized Weekly Coached Training
  • Nutrition Coaching

Free Track Workouts

Join us at Lake Country Lutheran High School (map) in Hartland for a free track or trail workouts on Wednesdays all summer long! Track workouts will focus on speed and trail workouts will focus on strength.  All levels of runners are welcome.  No registration necessary.

These 60-Minute classes are designed to strength train in a functional way to improve form, cardio endurance and efficiency for all activities. This class is perfect for beginners looking to get started and intermediate-level athletes who want to get stronger and avoid injury in a personalized small group setting! Nutrition planning and training plans included.
