Be Strong - Running Specific Strength Class - InStep Delafield
Tuesdays at 6:30pm or Wednesdays at 8:30am
Description: These 60-minute classes are coached by Lisa Turner, a RRCA Certified Running Coach/ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. Participants will learn how to strength train in a running-specific way to improve form and efficiency. This class is perfect for beginner- and intermediate-level runners who want to get stronger and avoid injury!
